    Ring the Lidl customer service number, they should either let you buy a replacement or put you in touch with the company that made them and who's selling them.

    I have the same pruners and just checked. It's a regular usb-c connection so you might already have a bunch of those cables at home for various phones, tablets etc. I plugged my phone charger into it and it started charging, just be sure that the safety pin next to the charge port is plugged in too.
