Gomo voice message retrieval?

    Hi there. I saved a message on my iphone about 3 weeks ago (Gono is provider) it has disappeared (no option to check for messages when I dialled 171) and I need it. Does anyone know how to access past voice messages? I need to retrieve it. Many thanks in advance
