Greenhouse - north facing

I have a medium sized back garden on a hill. I am thinking about getting a greenhouse. Will I be able to grow much/anything in a north facing greenhouse. I was hoping to place it somewhere in the middle of the garden. I also wondered if there are people who assemble and advice on base and placement of greenhouse? There is a hill and then a flat space, where I wanted to put the greenhouse, and then another small hill - only of course, if I can actually get anything to grow there. I am a total novice at this, just starting off. I can't place the greenhouse in the front garden as it is too small.

Will it get any sun at all?

Actually, Blackbox, despite the rear of the house being north facing, it seems to get quite a bit of sun. Plans grow reasonably well there, that is, costal plants as it is a costal location. I was surprised when I found the garden was north facing - only found out as we put solar panels on the front of the house - as we always felt the rear garden was quite sunny and sit out in it quite a lot during the summer.
