Any new Holland recommendation or dealer?

New enough to farming, so won't be trading.

Looking to spend around 20,000 to 25,000 on a new Holland as has been recommended a lot to me. Something around 100 to 110hp (not too big for sheds and access here)

Anyone know anyone near Clare that would be straight up to deal with?

Or a good reliable model around year 2000( give or take a few years)

Any taking time to connect here appreciated

would be my choice as well, maybe not the cheapest but brilliant after sales service and very helpful even to people that haven;t bought off them

David Garrihy in Ennistimon normally has a good few new holland's in stock.

Garrihy in Birr is excellent too depending where you are based

Try dermot in John Conaty’s while Conaty’s in Meath, Dermot’s limerick based and specialises in bringing in fresh clean tractors from France. 100% to deal with.

We have Same tractor. Was originally looking at getting a Massey 390 but old and look overpriced. Neighbour had a new holland and rated them. So looking to buy something that I can mind and will do me the next 15 years.

Joe Whelan Kilrush would be worth a visit.

Brendan Casey in laois always has a big stock of tractors and has sold A lot into Clare in the past although whelans and breens Ennis seem to be dominating the market now. As mentioned above garrihy in birr also has customers in Clare and always has a good stock of parts on the shelf. My opinion of the North Clare dealer is best not put in to print.

yea Brendan casey would have very good tractors . Bit on the pricey side but would be genuine tractors and sound enough.

Have you any idea of the model of a new holland that you would be after.

Gary Brogan newcastlewest is local to us at home. Landini main dealer but would get you anything. Sells a lot of secondhand tractors, and he stands by them if there is bother. . E

I must check Gary out. Was looking at a ts100. I would be moving a low loader with a 6 ton digger a few times a year. Moving it with a same 110 so hoping a 100ho would do the job

wouldn’t agree there , bought a tractor from him with 3 months warranty. Has bother with it. And he didn’t honour it. What was worse was he told me to get the part and he would cover it and didn’t.
heard from others he was sound but not my experience

    The opposite experience here tbh.

Head gasket went 4 months after buying the tractor. 3 month warranty. Part engine rebuild completed, oversize pistons rings liners, conrods shell bearings, injection pump reconditioned, turbo went soon after, covered as well, all out of warranty

Replacement tractor provided when it was off the road. .. . Couldn't fault him tbh

he’s a tough man to figure out, when you go in to look at something he nearly acts like he’d prefer to not sell it

I thought the same. Can put random figures on some tractors but find him good enough pricewise for machinery

why would he recondition the injector pump when it was a head gasket problem?

He wouldn’t be a million miles away, never dealt there. Nearly all the second hand tractors are high houred yokes and I suspect out of auctions.
