Any opnions about quality of built in Robswall Malahide? They seem to be the newest houses in Malahide we can afford(1 mln is absolute max for us) but the ventilation system looks dated enough. (we viewed good 3 housed in last 1, 5 years) New Estates in Portmanok and Kinsiley look grand in terms of quality, but they are too close to flight path. Other areas are either out of our budget or no builds.

We currently renting quite high standard apartments in Raheny with no mold and proper ventilation, (like there is no need to open windows and turn the heating heating on) So would be nice to have similar in own place. We are getting a bit desparate at thig stage as you suppose to improve your standards of living when moving to own place, not the other way around. We would happy buy 3 bed apartment if they existed for less than 1 mln, but obviously they don't.

I am also looking for that same information. I am looking at a older house in the estate. BER is C3 which doesnt seem great. Does anyone live there and can advise on this?
