Threadban removals

can I get a blanket removal of all threadbans, it’s impossible to keep track of a threadban as threads are renamed etc, must be about a year or so since I got threadbanned but I seem to be still on some, should they not just be auto removed after a period? If they aren’t then can I get the bans lifted?
