Hi - I found an 1883 half sovereign in a jar of old holiday money. Is there anywhere in Dublin I can get it graded?

If it was stored in a jar with other coins then it can't fall into the category of 'uncirculated' so I wouldn't bother getting it graded, it will be of no interest to collectors. Because over 2.8 million were minted. The weight (gold content) is all that matters.
