Can someone clarify if i import a 2004 bike from ni but originally a UK bike How is vat calculated, is it on sterling or euro conversion. Will a handwritten receipt from a private sale suffice Customs 10% on purchase price plus vrt How do customs agree is open market value or presented receipt Thanks
