Best monitor for eye comfort?

    I want to upgrade my home monitor to something that is kinder on the eyes than my current one. I've been using a 23" Lidl / Aldi thingy called a Hanspree since the dawn of the pandemic. It works fine, but I've had several bouts of ocular migraine in recent times and want to reduce eye strain as much as I can. Monitor technologies are not something I've kept pace with and current trends suggest IPS monitors or similar. Would anyone have any recommendations based on personal experience as to what to consider? Screen size 24" with HDMI, and internal speakers & VGA are desirable but not mandatory.
