Hi, I am putting this out there to see if anyone has gone through something similar and could give me advise. I am just wondering about my eligibility to be considered a 'fresh start' applicant for the local home authority loan. My marriage has recently broke down, we previously bought a home in 2020 but sold it in 2022, we now live and rent abroad. We are not yet legally seperated or divorced but looking at the LHAL website I think I could be considered seperated via a sworn document?.
