Knee Arthritis

    Anyone ever suffer pain with Arthritis in the knee. I have had the course of injections from my GP but my knee problem is still there, I can walk for a while but if i stand still for a while and then go to move off i feel pain or some times lying in bed at knight i get very sore. I wonder would a good physio be able to help me. any advice greatly appreciated
