Waste pipe size IE vs Continental Europe

Hi All. I am renovating my bathroom soon and I will be getting Geberit system for wall-hung toilet. Do you know if Geberit produces separate products for UK/IE and continental market or the wast pipe size is the same for IE and Continental Europe? Thanks.
