    Hi,

I have applied for planning on a derelict property. It has gone to further information and one of the things the planner is looking for is proof of the last time it was lived in.

My architect said he has no idea how to prove that, unless I can get an old ESB bill, which is impossible as the previous occupant died in 2007.

The ESB was disconnected previously, and I am having no luck in finding proof of this either.

Has anyone come across this issue with planning previously, if so, how have you proved the house was last lived in?

    Thanks
