About to make a decision on a new place would love insight from anyone in and around the area.

The similarities: Both places are 3BR mid-terraces. In basically walking distance of each other. Similar layouts

    The differences

    Ballymakenny

    • 10K less
    • management company with 480 annual fee
    • the external green space looks well maintained already with a mini kids park
    • lovely storage space in kitchen area. 3 top cabinets built in
    • wardrobes included in bedrooms
    • radiator heating
    • no flooring, only tiling in the bathroom

    Listoke

    • 10k more
    • no management company.. should i be worried for long term maintenance and hassle?
    • the external green space areas look bare with overgrown grass in some areas.
    • kitchen comes with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove
    • tiling in kitchen and bathrooms
    • comes with below floor heating on the ground floor

What are the thoughts on both options for 5-10yr living

Id choose whichever is closest to Drogheda for walking. Both sound lovely.

Maybe have a look at houses around each area too.
