Importing a classic car from uk

    I know this has been covered before but was wondering if i imported a classic car from uk that is over 30years old that was imported firstly from South Africa to uk would I have to pay same charges mainly VAT at 23% I know vrt is 200euro and i think duty is nothing being over 30 years old.
