Hi I'm wondering if someone could help me. If you accept a fixed term contract in a school but a permanent contract comes available in a different school can you break the fixed term contract? Thanks for your help

    Of course.

Its just a temp job, like any other. You can quit at any time.

The contract should still contain provisions regarding notice periods.
