Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Studying to be a QP in the Pharmaceutical Industry

    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to offer any advice. I have an undergraduate in Food Science (level 8) from UCC from a few years back but have found myself working for 5 years now in Quality Control in a pharmaceutical company. I have lots of practical experience in the analytical side of things in this area.

I was considering options for furthering my education and was thinking maybe a QP course down the line could be an option however Food Science does not meet the primary degree requirements to study this.

Does anyone know of any courses in Ireland that can bridge the gap between Food Science and Pharmaceutical Science that would enable me to go on and study to be a QP down the line. This would have to be part time as I work full time.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Conny
