    Hello

Do I need a separate sim card and (bill) to use an LTE smartwatch?

If not, what carriers operate LTE on smartwatches in Ireland?

What smartwatch would people recommend for running and listening to Spotify

    Cheers

I think the only Irish operator that offers support for eSIMs on smart watches is Vodafone - they support the Apple Watch 9, Samsung Galaxy Watches and XIamoni Watch 2 Pro.

It seems that you have to have a bill pay phone number with them (or switch to them) to have the LTE connectivity on the watch.

Three keep saying that they are bringing it but still no sign of it (they have esim support for phones)

Eir don't do esims at all.
