Has anyone due to fly on a strike day or flight got cancelled what options did Aer Lingus give you with moving flights?

Could you fly earlier which doesn’t seem to mention on their page.

Could you switch to outbound from a different airport to same destination?

Could you get a refund on your outbound flight and keep the return. So you could fly one way with Ryanair to same destination and keep the original return flight?

Any other information people could share.
