    Hi there,

Can anymore pass on experiences of hospitals in Dublin for cancer treatment/ chemo etc. Beaumont hospital (as a semi private patient) means sitting for hours (4-8 hours) before getting chemo each session waiting and if anything is amiss queueing through A&E to get seen which has taken from 12 hours to 23 hours in 1 case. The doctors make promises of appointments and then they don't follow through as in a public hospital appointments can't be made/adhered too as the doctors need to be available for the public. This is not on for a suffering patient so am thinking of other places. Are they all the same? Just a place where on chemo days you go and you actually get your treatment without waiting hours and if you have issues and need to be admitted you don't have to sit for hours in A&E…. Any comments welcome..
