Toyota Landcruiser 2019 Turbo failure

Posting on behalf of family member. They own a 2019 Landcruiser which they purchased brand new from my local Toyota dealer in Limerick. recently dropped it in for an annual service with Clare dealer, they called within an hour to say Turbo was blown and was causing an oil leak and a coolant leak. Also they were unable to repair it in the short term due to the repairs schedule/roster being booked out until mid July. Also they advised to park it up as it could result in further engine damage. They've tried all the Toyota dealers within my broad geographical area & story is the same. Also checked with various reputable mechanics and was told they can’t do it for various reasons.

any advice helpful - what can they do to try escalate so that they can pressure the Toyota dealer to look at it sooner and if this fails anyone know good mechanic in Clare / Munster area that would be able to assist, basically without a vehicle with a farm to run

All you can do is take the car back and find a local mechanic who can take on the work sooner than Toyota can

Has it always been serviced by Toyota? If yes, then it should be under the Toyota Relax 10 year warranty? Going somewhere else might be done sooner but will cost you?
