How does the small claims court work ? please help

    Recently I had an issue with a large appliance and the retailer refused to refund or repair the appliance. Hence I was advised to file a small claims court claim. I did so months ago but there has been no progress. The case was reassigned to a different court to the retailers home court. But nothing after that and it has been stuck on " Case not initiated ".

    Am I missing something ? please advise

    Also apologies for posting in the feedback area, I was trying to post on the ' consumer issues' category but found no 'post' button on the page.
