2017 Avensis 1.6d engine trouble

    Hi . I have a 2017 1.6d Avensis and it sucked oil through the turbo . Turbo and dpf replaced, car will tick over but mechanic said if it revs it will happen again . He said it need a replacement engine but no guarantee with that and also very hard to come across one . Has this happened anyone else and if so was there a way around it or a fix for what causes it ?
