Strange thumping sound when driving slow?

    Hi all

    I have a 2018 bmw 320d. I was out with some friends yesterday and I was pushing the car a lot for hours. Then towards the end I was hearing some thumping sound when driving very slowly. If I was moving like 5km/h I heard it every 3 seconds or so if I went up to 10km/h I heard it every 1.5 seconds or so. So it was faster as I increased speed. But the sound was gone when I reached around 30km/h so it was only when moving very slowly. I was also hearing some squeeking at very low speeds but I'm pretty sure that's bcs my break pads are worn. I'm very confused about the thumping sound tho bcs this morning I wake up go out to the shop and the thumping is completely gone even at very low speeds it's all gone. So I'm really confused what that was and how it just disappeared? If anyone has any idea please share.
