hi, I had a 200 euro bet on Toulouse to win, they did win, but Boylesports refused to pay out saying the bet was for 80 mins., nothing on the docket to suggest this, the winner is the team that collects the cup, where can I go with this, please.

Yeah most sports betting is score in normal time, which was a draw. Your bet has lost unfortunately.

There's normally a separate market available for 'to lift the cup' which would be what you thought. The odds might be slightly different.

They won't pay out in your case. Not a hope.

it looks like you bet on the individual game and not the tournament, a tournament bet would usually be taken before it starts or at least in the early stages
