When completley stripping out a kitchen and getting a new kitchen fitted and floor tiled which do you do first. Do you tile and then put the kitchen in or put the kitchen in and then tile around it.

Tile first. That means you could replace the kitchen without having to replace the tiles if you wanted to do so. If you tile around the units that's far more difficult.
