Wifes cas has a tow bar with 13 pin plug but it needs the cars computer to know it's there, and that can only be done by the specific manufacturer device.

I asked Opel in town only to be told, yet again, that they are not interested (same place couldn't actually tell me what version of tyre they wanted to fit except it was a Nexen)

There must be someone with experience and the kit to do this. Its a simple command - no long coding like VW sometimes have.

    Thanks.

A bit away from you, but you could try Ken Fildes in Clonee co-meath, used to specialize in Citroens at one stage. on the road between Clonee and Lexlip.

Sur Le Pont in Enfield (just off the M4), they've been doing Peugeot Citroen work for donkeys years, they should be able to point you the right direction

Found out that even though it's PSA, the Peugeot and Citroen computers cannot communicate with the car! Has to be an Opel specialist.
