Selling a field of grass

Looking for some advice on the best way to sell a field of grass. It’s 9 acres, got a hood it of slurry about a week ago. Grass is only ok, a good few weeds in parts.

The contractor who spread the slurry said he’d take the grass, but what’s the best way to sell it? Was thinking of just charging him per bale that he takes. Something like 12€ per bale. Obviously he will cut ir and wrap it himself. He can fertilise it too if he wants.

Would this be normal? Or is there a better way of doing it?

friend has this arrangement and he’s very happy, neighbor takes the bales, think it was €10 last year. Agreement is he doesn’t rape the nutrients so p&k has to go back. Been doing it a few years now as hes reducing cow numbers.
