    Non M-Sport: €30k

    M-Sport: €35k

    There are some dealers selling them cheaper, but they all have at least twice the mileage. 65k km’s is extremely low for one of these.

    You can’t expect to ask for anything like a dealer would ask.

    You’re not offering a guarantee etc and a buyer from you doesn’t have any comeback.

    Pitch it lower to encourage interest.

    BMW dealer is asking €45k for a low mileage one. Independent dealer is asking €30k for a high mileage one. OP can definitely ask €30k to €35k since the same car is up for €45k in BMW.

    The market will decide its true value anyway.

    I’d also consider selling it directly to a dealer.
