Hello. Iv read many forms and searched planning websites for a person who has successfully got approved of a metal shed building bigger than 25sqm in there back garden . I’m wondering if it’s possible. Iv a half an acre site in a small village in Co. Wicklow. My neighbour on my left is commercial land with a metal building…

Hello. Iv read many forms and searched planning websites for a person who has successfully got approved of a metal shed building bigger than 25sqm in there back garden . I’m wondering if it’s possible. Iv a half an acre site in a small village in Co. Wicklow. My neighbour on my left is commercial land with a metal building approximately 200sqm and 3 stories high basically on my boundary line. And to my right is empty fields. And I’m just wondering is it possible to actual get granted planning for a 40sqm metal building to keep cars in as a hobby?
