House opposite green or with motorway at the back

    Hello,

    Any advice for a house on a new social estate where there is some anti-social behaviour, gangs, kids playing outside unsupervised, etc. ?

    Either a middle terraced house facing a green which includes a lane towards other estates

    Or either a middle terraced house facing garden walls from houses from the same estate (which are perpendicular) and with a very noisy motorway at the back and gangs possibly going at the back.
