Hi guys, looking for some advice. Applying for planning permission on a rural site. My parents house is just inside the boundary of urban so technically i am not from the rural area even though it was not always the case, I have lived in the area all my life and work in the village. Do I have any hope or is it a lost cause? Skipped pre planning as told I can get my case across better with an application.

    Any advice welcomed.

Land is not immediate family but a cousin and buying it off them. 1.5 km from my parents house.
