OP, do you believe that there was a fraudulent registration made on your property Folio?

Not mine but we have been made aware of a home and farm taken over by court order pre 2012 by an individual unknown to owners and used fraud and perjury to get take over through courts and land registry.

If it's a fraudulent case then it should be referred to An Garda Síochána. The Land Registry/Tailte Eireann are not an investigative body, and if a court directs the Registry to register somebody as owner of a Folio then the Registry must comply with that order. If a practicing solicitor was involved in the alleged fraudulent court proceeding this should be reported to the Law Society also.
