Removal of open eir fibre unit

I'm looking to get a fibre unit removed from my shop front, has anyone any suggestions on who to ask . I never gave permission for this and I'm currently renovating , I was onto open eir about plant removal but I would have to pay for a survey to be done, this is on my wall they should be paying me .
