My bro was in similar situation

Ended up paying mega money to buy a whole unit

They can be sourced up north for much cheaper

    All depends on model

His one cost him e700 plus inc vat etc

Is it the LEDs that are gone? Is it the Xenon headlamp or H7 bulb?

If its Xenon its more than likely water in the control unit under the headlight which you can buy after market for about a third of Opels price.

If its H7 bulb then its more than likely needs a headlight.

Yeah headlight is fine , it's just the drl that are not working , crazy that you have to change the headlight for this , I know hyundai leds can be repaired fairly handy , water buildup seems to be a common fault for opel insignia , Surely there has to be someone around who can repair these !!!

Find a second hand headlight unit from a scrapped car in a breaker's yard. Should be plenty of them about.
