NCT DUE 2 APRIL 2024 BUT DATE GIVEN WAS late JULY SO SENT EMAIL NO REPLY YET

    I got a reminder about NCT about 2 weeks ago and went to book online but as date was so long off I clicked on an option to send an email and get priority but as yet no reply. I tried booking again and got 2nd august as earliest. Can I book that and then if I get a priority cancel and use the priority?

    My worry is that priority wont get actioned but don't want to pay twice!

    If you book and need to cancel you will get a refund.

    I had to cancel mine last year, and it was fine, once you do it within the timeframe set out for cancellation.

    too quick and i'm slow, found it second time round.

    Just to add I rang them and yes they have my email and will get me sorted and I asked them to text me instead and they agreed so all good.

    Priority list wasn't able to give me a date before it expired this year. But at least you have a date booked if stopped.

    Call them is always the way at this point.

    My NCT this year was arranged (via the priority list) for a day that as it turned out, I was nowhere near the centre.

    Called them up a few days before and they rearranged it for where I was the next day. I got held up that next morning so called again and they moved it for a slot 2 hours after I rang.

    Very helpful bunch to be fair. Forget the website beyond asking to be added to the priority list.

    If I can manage the above there's no reason anyone shouldn't be able to get a test in time.
