Enurement Clause Planning Permission

    Hi all,

My brother just got full planning permission on family land. He has now decided that he is not going to proceed with the build. Does anyone know what is involved in transferring the enurement into my name and I build the house for myself?

I currently live with my parents and have a housing need to the area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Should be straightforward if the local and/or county development plan allows for this. Ring your local planning office and they will talk you through the process.
