Retained firefighter

    I'm going for a medical soon to be a retained firefighter. I must bring a medical history form filled out by my gp..I have had some issues with anxiety in the past..and some lower back pain but have been fine for a long time now. Worried this might exclude me tho..has anyone ever had a similar experience? All advice welcome
