House insurance for ICF build

Not sure what's the best forum for this but I thought here might be a good place to start.

Anyone here with an ICF house able to recommend a company providing house insurance? Some operator ls won't quote as they consider it a "non standard" construction method

Same experience. Aviva, Zurich and Axa wouldn't quote me. RSA had no issue whatsoever.

Yeah, went through a broker on it, but that would be right https://www.rsagroup.ie/ which is 123.ie

Just to add to the above, I tried 123.ie but wouldn't insure ICF even though underwritten by RSA insurance. I had to go back the broker route and get cover with RSA that way for an astronomical fee.
