Belated Garda Pulse input

I reported a crime in March 2023. Recently I went to the Garda station and there was no record of the report. On speaking to the Guard he hesitated and promised to contact me later. The crime is now on the pulse system. Is it possible to log the report of a crime onto pulse 11 months after it was reported?
