Just wanted to share this so it might help someone else that runs into the same issue.

Earlier today while listening to Spotify via Bluetooth the sound went completely off on the head unit of my is300h f sport.

Went into sound settings and all the options were dimmed and couldn't enter any of them.

Also turning the volume button didn't show the volume level on the screen.

    No beeps for anything either.

Couldn't hear when calling someone on the phone via Bluetooth either.

Accessed the diagnostics by holding down the menu button and turning the lights stalk from auto to parking lights four or five times.

    Diagnostics showed one error B1575.

Tried to clear it but couldn't.

So then I tried holding down the power button until the head unit reset and restarted.

    Still no sound.

I then disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and then turned the head unit back on.

    Still nothing.

I then tried once more holding power button until it reset and yes sound came back.

Pic showing an error in system

I'm assuming NCON means no connection 🤔

    Happy days 🙂
