Hi,wondering anyone with suggestions.Have a 5k Solis Inverter with a 5 k Puredrive battery for last 2 years.Had a Zappi installed 2 weeks ago.The Zappi works fine until i want to charge the house battery and car at the same time during cheap rate 0200 -0400,the car will not charge but house battery will.I set up the house battery to charge using Peter Knapps YouTube video and changing to 60 amps over 2 hours on the inverter and works fine but as soon as i scheduled charge on my Zappi, wake up in the morning to see the car was not charged.Installers have yet to come back to me.Just wondering if there is a setting im missing.

I tried to see if Zappi would charge in the morning using fast charge but wouldn't charge,as soon as i cancelled the schedule on the inverter (optimal Income to stop) the Zappi would charge.

    Thanks

As the Zappi is new, but not the battery, step 1 is check if the Zappi charges itself on a schedule. I don’t mean with you manually starting it or it being set to Eco+ and charging once it’s plugged in? You can set that from the app. So tell the Zappi to charge from (say) 11-1115am and test it works (or at a time you’re home).

Also turn off any scheduled charging in the car first and leave that off. Just let the Zappi control it.

Zappi will charge on a schedule separately fine but as soon as i schedule the house battery at the same time the Zappi will not charge the car.No Schedule has been set in the car.
