"Quote" should be replaced by a 'reply' button that acts like quote...it causes less confusion than calling it quote. if people just want to come in at the latest point in the discussion you could just have a "post" button on the last message in a thread. In summary, I think "quote" should be turned into reply and reply as it is now just scrapped
