Hey, living in an apartment on a busy road that has a lot of noise day and night. I’m going to change the windows. I have a secondary glazing in the bedroom. But can’t get it for the tilt and inward turn balcony doors. I got a quote for triple glazed with outer laminated glass. Rang back the same company pretending I was a new customer and they advised me to get double glazed with lam’ glass for noise reduction. I’m confused. Has anyone any first had experience with this. Would love to hear from you!

Have you checked if you need permission from the Owner's Management Company to change windows?
