SPCCC query

    Hi all, quick question.

my partner & I have a 2yo. The mom currently has the SPCCC as we’re not married although we are living together. She is employed but is out sick, has been for awhile (chronic illness) & will be out until at least September. She gets illness benefit from the DSP & also child benefit for our daughter.

would it mess up her payments from the DSP if I was to take the SPCCC from her & pass it back when she is back working again? If it were to cause any issue, we’d leave it as it is.

    thanks
