    Hi,

I'm looking for some advice please.

I bought a house that was built in the 1960's and we are in the process of building an extension out the back. While excavating the builder found leaking damaged clay foul pipes and got a camera survey to confirm. I'm being quoted 2.5k for the replacement of the clay pipe with waven and another 1.2k to have a new foul pipe installed beyond the extension to a new manhole. This price seems very expensive, especially when not budgeted for. I would really appreciate some advice, thanks in advance.
