Hey! I have been given a quote of €14.900 for porcelain paving of an average semi detached back garden , roughly 60sm in size . Existing paving removed, leveling . Adding All porcelain tiles full area, drainage , grouting, adhesive etc and raised railway sleepers on each side of the garden, roughly two feet high which will also be used as seating area. Removal of all rubbish / old tiles etc. labour for 3 workers , vat included and all materials .

does this sound right ? Or is it over priced do you think 🤔

would really appreciate some feedback on this !! Thanks 🙏🏽

Hi. It's not a million miles away. Lots going into job. Labour has got expensive and any decent outfit will keep good lads with a decent wage. Offer cash to reduce vat and this time of year is a bit quieter do maybe a bit of haggle room there. If its a good company go with them. Lots of dubious operators out there. U in Dublin?
