Hi - we are looking at 2 dates for our wedding in 2025. Friday 15/08/25 and Saturday 13/09/25. I know with Irish weather it is unpredictable and hard to know which month will be nicer weather but which date would you choose and why?

    Thanks

A Saturday is kinder to your guests; fewer of them will have to take a day off work.

    +1 on @Peregrinus suggestion.

Don't expect anything from life, just be grateful to be alive.

There is usually a bit of an Indian Summer when the kids go back to school, so I'd go for the September date if weather is your main concern.

Choose a Saturday so your guests don't have to waste a holiday.
