Can I buy a property where it’s 1st registration is still pending with land registry

    Hi All,

    I have recently sale agreed a property where land registration of the owner is still pending with land registry. The application is now expedited, any idea how long does it take to process now a days? And also let me know if I can still go ahead and buy this property and what will happen with the first registration application?
