    I had a recent look on booking.com

Dublin seems to have hotel rooms for under 100 Euros per night.

    This surprised me.

Last year, it was hard to find a hotel room for 100 Euros, they were 200 Euros minimum.

Some hostels were offering bunk beds for 100 Euros in Dublin last year. This surprised me?

Is this all normal for Dublin? Or will the hotel prices go up again?

3 new Premier Inn's in the city centre selling under €100 rooms regularly I believe so maybe some competition finally.

  • Plenty of under €100 presently. Some that I’d even stay in.

It's good that hotel room prices are coming down.

200 Euros for a normal hotel room ( not even luxury ) is a bit too much.

Last year, whole of November and December this was sadly the truth.

Large 700 bed hostel has opened in Dublin - Clink i lar in Abbey Street.

Hopefully this puts an end to the scandalous 100 + euro bunk bed. It was cheaper to stay in Manhattan.

A twin room there is €245. For a Friday in March.

also depends on whether there's a big concert or event on.

I see all of your prices are for a midweek night at end of January, come back when you find these rooms at weekends or in summer at that price
